How to get there

Not an organised festival — people gather in the streets. Itaewon Station (Line 6) and Hongik University Station (Line 2 / AREX). At peak times trains may skip Itaewon Station; Noksapyeong or Hangangjin (Line 6) are the nearby alternatives.

Know before you go

Seoul has not published its 2026 Halloween safety plan yet (checked Sep 27, 2026).
In 2025 the city ran a Halloween safety period (Oct 24 – Nov 2) in 14 areas including Itaewon and Hongdae: entrances and exits around Itaewon’s World Food Street were separated when crowded, and trains skipped Itaewon Station from 11 PM on Oct 31.
Keep right in crowded alleys and follow safety staff and emergency text alerts.
Emergency: 112 (police), 119 (fire/ambulance), 120 (Seoul Dasan call center).

After the festival

ACE is open as usual. Streets get packed — a booked table gives your group its own space.

1Change out of festival gear — clubs refuse shorts, sportswear, caps and flip-flops.
2Taxi to Gangnam (see the ride time above). The subway stops around midnight.
3Bring your physical passport — everyone must be 19+.
